【海外通販トラブル】Luminoodleの純正バッテリーがうまく動いてくれない・・・その１

先日購入したLuminoodle COLOR。調子に乗って純正バッテリー付のセットを買ったのですが
そのバッテリがー調子悪くてもぉー！


症状は次のような感じなのです。

Luminoodleをバッテリーに接続すると最初は点灯しているが２０秒ぐらいすると給電停止にり消灯なってしまう。
給電停止したあと、抜き差しで再び点灯するがまた数十秒で消灯。
抜き差しで再び点灯するのは毎回では無く、まった点灯しないこともある。
充電不足かと思い何度も充電したが改善しない。
別のモバイルバッテリーに接続した場合は問題なく点灯し続ける。

最初は普通に使えてたんだけどね。（前回の動画撮影時は好調だった）
うまく充電できてない！？！接触悪い！？！
つまり、あれだな、もー故障。
トラブルきちゃった！！

海外通販で初めてのトラブル！！
別のバッテリー持っているので事は足りるのですが
一応どういった対応するのか気になってドキドキとワクワクしながら
POWER PRACTICALカスタマセンターに連絡してみました。

購入時に登録させられたPOWER PRACTICALとは別のサイト

サポートっぽいのでとりあえずここに状況を連絡してみました。

Submit a requestを選んで状況を入力。
もちろん日本語は無理そうなのでgoogle翻訳を駆使し
頑張って入力してみました。

Power supply from the battery pack stops.

I bought Lumidoodle COLER Plus the other day but I am in trouble because I can not supply electricity.
(My order number is xxxx.)
The supplied battery pack and Lumidoodle COLER are connected, but the power supply from the connected battery pack stops in several tens of seconds.
There is no problem when connecting to a battery pack of another manufacturer.
I think that INCLUDES BATTERY PACK(3400mAh) is out of order.
I charged the battery pack for more than 10 hours, but it did not improve.
While charging, the LED blinks in red and then lights in red.
When Lumidoodle is connected, the LED lights in blue but it goes out in tens of seconds.
Is there a way to improve it?

まぁ要するにバッテリーに繋いだけど給電が数十秒で止まるんだけどバッテリー故障じゃね？
